1. All orders must be sent to ashoppingdiva@gmail.com

2. No payments = No order. Please pay within the stipulated time frame. All payments and payment details must reach us by 8pm, 2 days after the spree is closed.

3. All orders must be in the order format given. Otherwise, your orders will not be processed. Please send in orders for different sprees in different e-mails messages. This is to prevent any confusion that may arise.

4. Sprees / Preorders shown here are only for patient buyers, as time is required to send in orders, wait for suppliers' reply, make payment to suppliers, waiting for restocking items and the transport time from Hong Kong, Taiwan, US to Singapore. It is common to wait up to 1 to 2 months or more for items to arrive after spree is closed. This is especially so for Taiwan Sprees.

5. Orders once made and paid cannot be cancelled, so as avoid any confusion that may arise. Refunds are only possible in the case of unavailability of stocks and will be done when items has arrived to avoid any confusion.

6. All goods sold here are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

7. Please double check your items, make sure they are the correct size, colour and URL before sending us the orders. We are and will not be responsible for any issues such as incorrect in size, colour and the quality of the items.

8. For Taiwan Sprees, Item Price = Price shown under "Buy It Now"

For Preorders, all price stated in SGD is inclusive of all handling and shipping charges. Postage cost is not included.

9. Confirmation of orders will only be done via e-mail.

10. All spree updates will be done on the spree post itself.

For Closed Sprees, do refer to the section "Status of closed Sprees".

Links to spree posts will only be removed when all items has been collected / mailed.

11. We reserve the right to cancel or close the spree any time. If the spree is cancelled, we will do all necessary refunds as soon as possible.

1. If our suppliers sent out the wrong items, be it in colours or size. We will double confirm and check your orders prior to sending out the order list to the supplier.

2. Items that are either damaged or lost during delivery from our suppliers to us, and from us to our shoppers. We will ensure that all items are in good condition before mailing them out.

3. All measurements are obtained from our suppliers. As such, do allow a variation of approximately 2 to 3 cm.

4. If items does not meet the expectations of our shoppers, be it in colour, quality, size, etc. If it is colour issues, please understand that different computers have got different resolutions. If it is size issues, please note that there are size charts provided in most websites. Do refer to the size charts before placing your orders.
