1) All goods sold are non-refundable.
2) All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 3 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post.
3) Accesories like earrings and bags are non-exchangeable.
4) Reservation of items are only within 3 days.
5) A deposit of $5 to $50 (depends on item) will be collected for Reservation of item due to alot of Scam/cheaters out there.
6) Buyer should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.
7) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution.
8) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know.
9) All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.
10) All items will be sent through SingPost.
11) Plz allow 3 - 4 days of delivery/Mailing of items.
12) No meetups will be done due to tight schedules.
13) We accept payments via bank transfer - Internet/ATM Fund Transfer.
14) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.
