| Rules & Regulations: | All prices are fixed and strictly non-negotiable. Only Insider with proofed membership will enjoy special discounts. All prices are exclusive of postage and handling fees. Rock Plug does not welcome swaps at the moment. Payment will be made through POSB/DBS Bank transfer. Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order. A small amount of deposit is required to make reservations. Reservations cannot be canceled or exceed 5 working days from the day of reservation. Delivery through 'Meet Up' requires payment to be made through POSB/DBS Bank transfer prior to scheduled Meet Up. Items sold are not refundable. However we value customer feedback. Our feedback page is available for comments and suggestions. Backing out after an order is not tolerated at Rock Plug, no matter the reasons. Payment that has already been made will not be refunded. |
