Payments is to be made through Ibanking or atm transfer. No interbank transfer please. :) Please make payment within 24 hours after you've received the payment invoice from us. however, if you failed to do so, priority will be given to others who can make payment immediately. Backing out will cause you to be blacklisted. please leave a comment in the collection page itself to place an order. emails will not be given priority.There's 2 ways for you to purchase from us. Option 1: pay first basis Email: Contact Number: Account no. (in case for refund) : Ibank nick(if you make payment thru ibank) : Amount transferred : Transaction ref: Date &time: Mailing address (for those who opt for postage) : Mode of collection: normal postage/registered postage/mass meetup Item no./name: Colour: Size: Quantity: **for atm transfer, Please do provide us a snapshot of your transaction receipt. we will only mail out the item after we've received your snapshot and checked through. If you happen to lose your receipt, you will have to wait for us to update our bankbook and tally the amounts before we can mail your items out. please do not try to photoshop the snapshot. all fraud cases will be handover to the police immediately. ***If any of the item is oos, we will refund you the full amount immediately. so please leave down your account no. Option 2 : Leave a comment first and wait for your payment invoice. If you feel uncomfortable with the first option, fret not, just leave a comment in the collection's page in this format :Name: We will email you after we screen your comments, however, if you fail to make payment within 24 hours upon receiving the payment invoice, your priority will be given up. After you've made payment, please email us in this format : Account No.(in case for refund) : **for atm transfer, please provide us a snapshot of your transaction receipt. we will only mail out your items after we've received the snapshot and checked through. if you lost your receipt, you'll have to wait till we update our bankbook and tally the amount before mailing your items out. please do not try to photoshop the receipt. all fraud cases will be reported to the police immediately. We will try to arrange for one mass meet up for every collection. however, if you couldn't make it for the meetup in the collection you purchased for, you are welcome to join the future mass meet up. To avoid waiting for your items for too long, do opt for normal/registered postage. Do note that we're not responsible for any lost mail through normal postage once the item leave our hands. we will try to take a snapshot of your item, sealed in a enveloped, with your name, address and stamp on, and mail it to you to prove that we've mailed it out. For registered postage, we'll provide you your tracking no. Calculation method :for example, you've decided to purchase item A and B. Normal postage : already added into the item. registered postage : $2.24 for first item, add $0.50 for every additional item. Item A : $ 25 mailed. For normal postage : $25 + $ 26 = $ 51. |
