NO refund upon cancellation of items once payment is made. 9. Pre-orders/Sprees usually take 1 to 2 months to arrive. 10. Love The Girl© reserves the right to cancel sprees due to bad reponse. (Full amount paid will be refunded in such cases) 11. Love The Girl© is NOT liable if the supplier sent us the wrong goods (e.g. colour, size) 12.
